Can my whole family use one vault?
Yes. On the Pro plan you can invite up to five people to share a vault, ideal for a household. You choose what everyone can see, and you can keep the most sensitive documents restricted even within the family.
Who can see our documents?
Only the people you invite. Files are encrypted in transit, stored in private buckets behind your login, and never used for ads or to train AI. A document someone is not authorized to see returns a not-found response rather than revealing that it exists.
What should we actually keep in it?
Anything that would ruin a week if you lost it: passports and IDs, birth and marriage certificates, wills, insurance policies, medical and vaccination records, the mortgage or lease, vehicle titles, warranties and tax returns. If it matters, it belongs in the vault.
Can I keep older versions of a document?
Yes. Re-upload a renewed policy, an updated will or a new registration and Stoatify keeps the previous copy too, so the full history is preserved. Restore any earlier version in a click, and see a field-level record of what changed.
Can I share a single document without giving access to everything?
