Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; if you downgrade, the change applies at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I go over a plan limit?+
Your existing documents always stay safe and accessible. Only new uploads pause until you free up space or move to a higher plan. Nothing is ever deleted because you hit a limit.
How does annual billing work?+
Pay for a year up front and save up to 30% versus paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual whenever you like.
What counts as a seat on business plans?+
A seat is one active member of your organization. Business plans are billed per active seat with a two-seat minimum, and you can add or remove seats at any time.
Is there a free trial?+
The Free plan is free forever and needs no credit card, so you can try Stoatify with real documents first. Paid features are one upgrade away whenever you are ready.
How do I cancel?+
Cancel from your billing settings in a couple of clicks. You keep paid access until the end of the period, then your organization simply reverts to the Free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards, handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
Do you offer discounts?+
Annual billing already saves up to 30%. For nonprofit, education or larger-volume needs, get in touch and we will work something out.
